terms of service

please direct message me via instagram or tumblr to discuss a commission, and/or request a commission via my ko-fi.i would prefer for instructions/references and payment to be sent via my ko-fi, however i am happy to do the transaction solely over dms if necessary. all transactions will be made upfront and via paypal.when communicating what you would like in your commission, any reference images you can provide (character sheets, clothing/accessories, pose references) are highly appreciated.my turnaround time can range from a few days to a month, depending on the scale and complexity of the piece.i aim to keep a high standard of transparency and communication with my clients, and will give updates on your commission at each stage.i have the right to turn down your commission at any time for any reason if necessary. if you have already paid, your money will be fully refunded.i will post your finished commission on my tumblr and/or instagram and tag you, unless you state that you do not want this.you are more than welcome to use your personal commission as an icon, avatar, banner image, etc! credit is appreciated, but not required.however, you may not pass the commission off as your own work, or use it to make personal profit in any way.thank you for your interest in my work, and have a great day! ✿
